I want to be the best in the Chicago market. Whatever it takes, I'm willing to do it.

The Opportunity

In your first year, Windy City Foam ran about two hundred events. You've worked welcome weeks for Indiana University and Ivy Tech, events for the City of Chicago and School District 205, and backyard parties across the western suburbs. You hold a perfect 5.0 on Google, and you're the top result in Google's map pack for foam parties in Chicago.

The map pack is half of search. The other half is your website. When a parent in Hinsdale searches for a foam party for a seventh birthday, when a camp director in Elmhurst plans the summer calendar, or when someone asks ChatGPT who can run a foam party at a park with no water hookup, the answer should be Windy City Foam.

The work in this proposal builds that other half: a website that gets found for every kind of event you run, and that tells every buyer who lands on it, within seconds, that they're dealing with a serious company.

What I Heard

1

Your professional site is already winning small parties.

About 195 of your events were kids' parties and daycare events. Five were large college events. Parents and directors saw a company that could run a festival, and they trusted it with a backyard. The new site keeps that premium brand and speaks directly to each kind of buyer, from a parent planning a seventh birthday to a college activities board.

2

The real question is trust.

In your words, the people booking aren't comparing foam companies. They're asking whether they can trust you not to embarrass them. Every page answers that with real photos of your events, recognizable clients, insurance and COIs on request, and reviews placed right next to the claims they back up.

3

You do more than foam.

Club DJ and MC, production lighting and sound, custom branded foam, and water and power for sites that have neither. Most foam companies sell one thing. The new site gives your range the room to set you apart.

4

Your marketing engine is already running.

Your Google Business Profile team has you at the top of the map pack. Postcards reach daycares every January and March. Your social accounts are growing, and a new photo shoot is coming. The website is the piece that turns all that attention into quote requests.

5

You're building more than one brand.

Windy City Foam comes first, then EverAVD, then DJ Daniel Inc. Everything is moving to Rally, and Wix is on its way out before your March renewal. This site sets the standard the next two will follow.

Your company, your face

One Brand, Every Buyer

Windy City Foam stays a company brand. It isn't "Foam by Daniel." The company leads every page, and there's still a place for you in it: a Meet the Founder section, and reviews that mention you and your crew by name, for the buyers who want to know who they're hiring.

Your personal storytelling lives on social media, where you're already building it for DJ Daniel. The website is where that attention lands and finds a professional company that's ready to book.

Make a high-end buyer confident enough to request a quote. That's the whole job.

What gets built

The Plan

The new site is organized around who's booking. Each audience gets pages built for the searches they make and the questions they ask before they reach out.

The quote request

Built around how you qualify an event

The quote form asks for what you need to price an event: the date, guest count, length, and location, plus anything the buyer wants you to know. Every request lands in Rally, ready for you to quote.

Because I build Rally, the website and your booking system can work together more closely than an off-the-shelf form allows.

Proof where it counts

A live Google reviews feed keeps your newest reviews on the page automatically. Hand-picked reviews sit right under the claims they back up, so when the page says your crew handles everything from setup to cleanup, a client says so right below it. Recognizable clients, insurance, and COIs on request give organization buyers what their purchasing departments ask for.

Visibility

Structured data

Every page tells search engines and AI assistants exactly who you are, where you work, and what you offer.

Town pages

One page for each town you want to win, starting with Hinsdale, Winnetka, and Glencoe.

Topic pages

Pages for the specific searches nobody in Chicago answers well, starting with foam parties at sites that have no water or power.

Analytics from day one

Page views, scrolling, and quote requests are tracked from launch. Tracking links on your postcards and ads show which campaigns bring in bookings.

Platform Custom-coded and fast

The site is built from scratch and served from Vercel's global network as lightweight pages, so it loads fast on any phone. It meets accessibility standards and Google's Core Web Vitals.

Your current pages redirect to their new homes, so the rankings and reviews you've earned carry over. You own the code, and your domain can stay where it is.

What it costs

The Investment

Three options, all built on the same foundation: custom design, custom code, and the same standard of work. The difference is how much of the site ships at launch. Anything not included at launch can be added later.

Option One

The Foundation

$3,000 About 3 to 4 weeks The complete premium site, built for every buyer
  • Custom design system built for Windy City Foam

  • Structured data for search engines and AI assistants
  • About 6 town pages
  • A guide to foam parties with no water or power
  • Analytics from day one

  • The move off Wix, with redirects that keep your rankings
Option Two

The Expanded

The Foundation
100%at kickoff
The Expanded & The Full Launch
60%at kickoff
40%before the launch phase

The Foundation is paid in full at kickoff. For The Expanded and The Full Launch, payments match the work. The kickoff payment covers design and drafting, which is the first 60% of the project. The remaining 40% is due when the launch phase begins. That's the final block of work, where the site is finished, optimized, and tested before it goes live.

After launch

Site Care

Essentials

$50/mo
  • Hosting, security certificate, uptime monitoring, and backups
  • Up to 30 minutes of edits a month: new photos, price changes, a new review

Active

$150/mo
  • Everything in Essentials
  • Up to 2 hours of work a month
  • A monthly analytics summary with recommendations
  • One data-driven improvement each month

Growth

$300/mo
  • Everything in Active
  • Up to 4 hours of work a month
  • One new town or topic page each month
  • Ongoing search and AI-search refinement

Work beyond your plan is billed hourly, and larger requests are scoped as their own project at a discounted rate. The site is yours either way: if you ever want to take it elsewhere, I'll hand over the code.

How it unfolds

Timeline

About three to eight weeks from kickoff, depending on the option. Within that range, the biggest factor is how quickly we trade feedback and materials. The more you send early, like brand assets, flyers, postcards, and photos, the faster the design comes together.

    Design

The design system and the building blocks every page uses. Ends with a design review together.

The long view

The Partnership

This proposal covers the Windy City Foam site. What it really starts is a working relationship across everything you're building.

NowWindy City Foam
NextEverAVD
ThenDJ Daniel Inc.

EverAVD comes next, once the media from your November 6 to 8 show is back. Then DJ Daniel Inc. Each site builds on what we learn here, and all of them connect to Rally, where I can shape the booking experience around how you actually work.

After launch, the site keeps improving. A few months of real visitor data shows where people stop, what they click, and what brings in quote requests, and we adjust the site to match.

About Chris Keith

★ U.S. Army Veteran Software Engineer

Chris Keith is a software engineer, Army veteran, husband, and father of two boys. He builds custom websites and software for small businesses because it's personal.

His family has been in small business for as long as he can remember. He's watched owners pour everything into their work and get underserved by the tools around them, overcharged by firms that treat them like a small account, or let down by budget services that cut corners where it counts. WorkWise Solutions exists in the space between.

He also knows your industry from the inside. He runs his own foam party company, The Party Foam, builds websites for foam companies across the country, and is the developer behind Rally, the booking platform Windy City Foam runs on.

When you hire WorkWise, you work with Chris directly. He's your point of contact for every question, update, and request.

The path forward

Next Steps

If this proposal reflects what we talked about, the path forward is simple.

  1. Choose your option and send it in.
  2. I'll send the service agreement. Since it needs an adult signature, a parent co-signs it with you.
  3. Make the kickoff payment: the full amount for The Foundation, or 60% for The Expanded and The Full Launch.
  4. Complete the intake form. Most of it is already filled in from your discovery answers, and it's where you'll upload your logo files, flyers, postcards, and photos. Have your new package lineup settled by then, so the site launches with it.
  5. We hold the kickoff meeting, and the work begins.

Questions before you decide? Reply to the email, or call or text me directly at (640) 221-0040.

Ready to move forward?

The service agreement goes to both of you to sign.

Thank you, Daniel. You'll get a confirmation email shortly, and I'll be in touch within one business day with the service agreement.
